Staying here with my family and beloved pet was enjoyable, especially with the access to the vibrant Square Club for arts enthusiasts. We loved the fresh welcome drinks and felt valued with the thoughtful staff messages. The room was perfect for our needs.
In my wife's opinion, the shower settings needed clearer instructions. More kid-friendly amenities would be appreciated.

Location is a standout, being very central and allowing easy access to both the town center and nearby attractions. The staff were consistently friendly and provided helpful service throughout my stay. the room's decor felt a bit tired, and the minibar generated excess heat, making the room uncomfortable during warm weather. While the breakfast was impressive, particularly the Bernese sausages, the overall condition of the bathroom could use attention.

Comfortable stay with welcoming staff
The staff at reception genuinely made us feel welcome, which significantly enhanced our stay. The room, though a bit small, came with nice touches like real milk in the fridge and complimentary fruit, adding a pleasant surprise. the noise from the street was quite disruptive and made it hard to get a good night's rest.

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored the beautiful nearby parks and enjoyed the vibrant nightlife at the Square, a top-notch members' club in the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it perfect for our group. The staff was super helpful with local recommendations, which added to our experience.
The only downside was the bar being closed for private events. It would’ve been great to unwind there after a long day, but luckily, there were plenty of other options nearby.

missingWrote a review on Jun 26hardwood flooringmini kitchencomplimentary treatsview disappointment
The building boasts stunning hardwood flooring, creating a visually appealing atmosphere. The room features a Welsh Dresser converted into a mini kitchen, complete with thoughtful touches like complimentary fruit and Cream Sherry from local producers.
Unfortunately, the suite didn’t live up to expectations, suffering from a dreadful view obscured by scaffolding and grime. The uneven steps leading to the suite posed a hazard for those with mobility issues while the lack of basic amenities, like a proper toilet paper holder and a functioning shower hose, contributed to an uncomfortable experience. Even the kitchen area fell short with a broken fridge door and remnants of someone else's ice cream still inside, which felt off-putting. Additionally, parking fees and surcharges for early check-in added an unwelcome sting to the overall value.
